I am a certified and qualified psychotherapist and counsellor. I have done my Masters in Psychotherapy and Counselling from I.P.M.S, Mumbai and Bachelors in Sociology from osmania University,Hyderabad.

Psychotherapy is a science which alleviates pain,suffering,stress,anxiety etc without medications. It is also referred as "Talk Therapy" since it helps individuals attain relief and peace through talk and exercises. Psychotherapy addresses issues with mental retardation,Phobias,emotional and social maladjustment,personality disorders and mental disorders.Psychotherapy is rational and accessible. It is a logical process which anyone can understand.

As a Psychotherapist,I gently enable the clients to look at their present situations as well as past events that may have influenced them.Thereafter help and empower them with the strength and self confidence with which they are able to enjoy their life, make appropriate decisions,use rationale and logic in their decision making and enjoy and nourish their relationships. They emerge strong willed and confident of their own skills and strengths and become not only able to make appropriate decisions in the present,but also to live more effectively in the future.

I like to work with individuals and couples in a client centered approach and also use CBT in my practice as a  therapist. I have worked and successfully treated cases pertaining to Depression,Anxiety,Low self esteem,Obsessive Compulsive Disorder,Marital and Relationship issues.

I am Associated with a Rehabilitation centre in Powai "MBA Foundation" (G.O.D.S). G.O.D.S (Groups of Disabled) is a day care centre for the disabled with the mission-A Life with Self Esteem and Dignity for the Disabled.
