I am a certified and qualified psychotherapist and counsellor. I have done my MS in Psychotherapy and Counselling from I.P.M.S, Mumbai and am currently pursuing my MPhil. I have also compeleted my bachelors degree in Sociology from Osmania University.

I have been providing therapy to individuals and couples. I have treated cases pertaining to Depression,anxiety,Obsessive Compulsive Disorder,Social Phobia,stress,low self esteem and behavioral problems. I have worked with couples on marital problems and relationship issues.

As a therapist I feel the body,mind and spirit work together and connects one to a more larger and meaningful reality- "beyond the personal",which guides one to a more universal awareness of oneself.


I follow and incorporate the client centered aproach and also use the CBT approach in my practice as a therapist.
